Ohana Kemp boards are handmade to your and our specifications using
only the best materials. There is absolutely no compromise in
this area...and I mean NONE!
At
Ohana Kemp we offer a wide variety of glass, from the heavier volan
glass used on the Classic to the lighter 4 or 6 oz glass for our
Nose Rider, Kenika, short/fun and Cody K models. If you have
specific glass requirements...NO PROBLEM! We also offer gloss

Classic:
Contemporary shapes 9ft and longer, offering multiple and figure
eight stringers, balsa wood T-bands plus nose and tail blocks using
various colored woods. The Classic is glassed a bit heavier,
8oz or 10oz volan and deck patch. Are you a "Cruiser" type of
surfer? This is your board.
Nose Rider:
This is our "standard" board -- our Pride and Joy! Years of
refinement have resulted in what we feel is the best nose rider on
the market. Our softer rail allows more water
flow
over the rear of the board to help lift the nose and less concave
"push" to slow you down, this allows you to get there and stay
there.
Islander:
Our high performance gem. Features a 1 1/8' foam T-band with
3/16 inch stringers for added strength for the fin box and
eliminates excessive board flex. The Islander has been tested
and proven at bigger and faster breaks world-wide. If speed,
going vertical and staying in the pocket is your destination, then
the Islander is your ticket to paradise.
Wahine by Kenika:
As surfers, women are unique. I have "talked boards" with
dozens of very good women surfers. The result is a unique
board designed for a woman's special needs. The shape is
similar to our Nose Rider and fun boards, but cut to narrower
dimensions. Women surfers are special...So are these
boards!
Fun Board:
Usually in the 7' - 8' range, these boards are both fast and
agile. If a short or long board isn't for you then the Ohana
Kemp fun board was designed with you in mind.
Short Board/Fish:
We offer "state of the art" pocket rockets. We have followed
the evolution over the years and refined our boards continually to
assure we stay on top with these boards. If short is your
style we can accommodate that style.
Cody K. Menehune Model:
Designed and named for my son, Cody. These boards are perfect
for the younger set who want a great board, but on a smaller
scale. A perfect choice for a young future
champion.
